Driver was not at the arrival area due to his mistake in the pickup time, ended up stranded and having to deal with the airport taxis. Don’t trust this service. Reservation manager was helpful just he could not locate the driver or find a replacement We were are the airport 1.5 hours after arrival waiting until we decided to leave. Disappointing

It was a very convenient experience! Driver was very nice, informed me about all I needed. Car was very clean. Communication with the service on Whatsapp or e-mail was spotless. I do recommend the service.

We used this service on three occasions: From airport to first hotel, from first to second hotel, and from second hotel to airport. On all occasions the drivers were very punctual and prepared with our names. The drivers were courteous and friendly, and the driving was good. Particularly the second driver (didn't get his name) asked if the ride was ok, and stressed that he didn't like driving too fast - big plus! The communication with Charles via email was very efficient. Very quick responses with the exact information we needed. Price wise this company most likely will offer much better deals than your hotel, and our experience was very positive. Recommended!
