Bois Cheri Tea Factory and Tea Museum, Bois Cheri You will have the opportunity to discover the tea plantation of Bois Cheri. It’s no doubt the most popular tea in Mauritius; just the smell of the wonderful vanilla-infused black tea brings back fond memories for all Mauritians. You will have the opportunity to choose whether you would like a guided visit of the factory and tea plantation, a visit of the tea production museum, a tea tasting, or all three (which is our recommendation!). 180 minutes
La Plantation de Saint Aubin, Riviere des Anguilles St. Aubin Rhumerie uses both the artisanal and traditional distillery techniques to make its award-winning rum. You will have the opportunity to visit the factory and learn about the rum-making process, and sampling the delicious varieties of rum that they offer. You can also visit the beautiful historical colonial house and the vanilla and anthurium flower plantations. 120 minutes
Le Port Ship Model, Vacoas Le Port Model Ship Building Workshop:
Mauritius is well known for its artisanal ships that are expertly hand-crafted by talented artisans. People fly to Mauritius from all over the world to admire and purchase these unique and beautiful works of art. If you would like to purchase one as a souvenir of your trip, you will be able to choose from the many unique models on display.
Diamond Museum:

Gris Gris Beach, Souillac While most of Mauritius is surrounded by coral reefs, giving us the calm lagoon the island is famous for, the southern part of the island is where there is a break in the reef. At Gris Gris, you will be able to admire the rugged scenery of big, powerful waves crashing on the stunning cliffs. A few metres away, you will see La Roche qui Pleure, a natural rock formation that resembles a person crying when the waves hit it.
