Saint Aubin, Saint Aubin Since 2003, this agricultural rum has been produced by the Saint-Aubin distillery, which until then had been growing sugar cane in the south of the island since 1819.
And it is thanks to Jean Baptiste GUIMBEAU, established in Mauritius in 1793 and creator of the family business St Aubin in 1819, that this rum has been made for eight generations in Mauritius.
Since then, the company has developed the sugar industry, then invested in the production of tea, agricultural rum, local products and ecological tourism. 60 minutes

Definitely the tea and rum tasting. Highly recommended. Arun was a brilliant guide, gave plenty of information regarding Mauritius culture and history.

Very interesting, you can learn about the island’s history and its people. The driver was very nice and he gives you enough time to enjoy every place. I would ask next time to don’t stop at Vacoas, it’s not very interesting and I would rather stay longer in Grand Bassin or the tea factory.
