This was an incredible experience which I would highly recommend. It was a tour across the city stopping at La Catedral, Communa 13 and Escobar’s grave site, taking in the various suburbs and points of interest by car. Joe, the tour guide was highly knowledgeable and knew all the stories from Medellin’s violent past, but just as much about how the city transformed and the community healed to make it a much more positive and safer place. It really brought it to life for me, someone who has read all the books and watched all the documentaries, movies and series! Pick up and drop pack to my hotel in El Poblado all went smoothly. Couldn’t have asked for more.

We opted for more of the city tour than the drive to Escobar's grave and the site of the jail. David was very personable and provided us with a very informative and enjoyable tour.
