Our tour guide Angela was the best! She was full of information that captivated us every step of the way. From inflection park to Botero’s birds and then the cemetery where the “do not say his name” is laid to rest. We experienced the true culture of Medellín while learning about Pablo Escobar’s impact. After the tour, we immediately started re-watching Narcos.

The trip is worst with combermere… The Reception Staff person named HARISH is very rude and do not understand the concern of guests. He argues, don’t let guest put their words. I’ve coming to this Hotel from many years but not any more as the staff members behaviour, manners are worst. Rooms are smelling, full of dust & they don’t even clean it properly, Having hotel on Mall Road doesn’t mean staff being rude and mannerless.

Second time doing this tour with Sebastian and he never disappoints. Anytime I bring someone new to Medellin I make sure I can show them the transformation of the city, and there is no better ambassador than him. Thank you for everything! I'll be back! I must say though that the tour profile needs to be updated as this does not go to Comuna 13
