We offer a complimentary pick up to your hotel or airbnb in Medellin, Rionegro, Llanogrande, El Retiro, Alto de Palmas and the international airport Jose Maria Cordoba.
If you're staying outside of Medellin, kindly contact us to see if pick up is feasible.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Wonderful experience on our tour with Veronica. Great personal experience that i highly recommend. Horseback ride very relaxing and a perfect preparation for the rock climb. Awesome climb to the top with a beautiful view. The quaint town of Guatape is a great place to walk around, plenty of restaurants and places to shop.
