Great experience, and we got the see a lot in three days. Good service in advance through e-mails as well. The reason for not giving a top score is the fact that we had to pay for train-tickets and parking the first day (even though everything should have been included) and since we had to participate/wait for 40 minutes while our guide was looking for a bank (for his company use) the second day. We left the city late and was stuck in traffic most of the day.
