Once we arrived at the airport, after having already sent our arrival time and itinerary, the company never bothered to show up. When we called (3x), nobody ever answered or called us back. We were contacted by email the following day and told "there is always a car there". I have asked for a refund since and it's been two weeks without a reply so we're now disputing the charge with the credit card company. Don't waste your time or money with these people!!!

No show , no call. Never respond. N make me wait for nothing. I have call a taxi. Waist my time. Never use that company no more.

Very professional driver. The ride was very smooth, and the driver gave me some tips for touring the city.
