Raft Rioverde and Samana river, a clear green river that carves through untouched Colombian rainforest. Start the adventure in Medellin and drive for 2 hours to San Francisco Municipallity, via Medellin-Bogota highway. After we drive 40 minutes until Boqueron and then we start a 40 minutes class 3 hiking until river through an amazin canyon, once in the river, we prepare the boats for the raft in this cristalline river for 5 hours with class III/IV rapids and beautiful waterfalls. We make a stop for taking lunch and enjoy the river, then we continue with the rafting activity until we arrive to our finish point in the bridge of Samana river. This rafting experience is beyond just paddling whitewater, it’s a fascinating journey into the heart of Colombia’s most untouched rainforest.

  • Bring cash in the local currency (Colombian pesos)
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

White water rafting with Eco Tours was a truly great adventure with an awesome crew. The entire operation was first class from start to finish. The raft and all the other associated equipment were in tiptop shape. Our guide, and the two safety, observers were professional, clear, friendly, and inspired confidence. The route alternated periods of quiet drifting through lush jungle canopy with some exciting white water rapids. At the end of our journey, their driver was waiting with some light delicious snacks. I couldn’t have imagined a better adventure. A truly five-star experience. Can’t recommend it highly enough. These guys are great. Just do it.

Excellent trip highlight of our visit to Columbia. Our rafting guide Pedro was very knowledgeable capable rafting guide. Made us feel comfortable explained everything all safety equipment provided recommend this particular tour to anyone full of excitement

Julian was amazing as our driver getting us to white water rafting. He then joined us and rafted with us through the beautiful jungle! Best day of the trip for sure!!!
