  • Waiting for 2 and half hours are allowed at Airport and 1 hour allowed at Makkah/Madinah Hotel, extra waiting charges are SAR 50 per hour.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our first driver from JED-MED was a new driver and he had to wait for another coaster driver to follow behind. Instead of normal drive of abt 6 hours to Madinah, it took us 8 hours to reach our hotel. The vehicle assigned to us for the first trip was quite an old run down vehicle. Subsequent drivers and vehicles for our subsequent trips were much better after constructive feedback were given to Viator representative.

ON TIME PICK UP .. EXCELLENT communication with what’s app .. And holy places locations were explained very well .. they do not rush you .. Very polite .. very helpful .. Good transfer of information for your umrah .. I would not have been able to complete umrah without this package .. Jeddah to madinah then medinah to Mecca ???? them back to Jeddah airport and all holy places visits .. I really needed this assistance .. Not a lot of English , however the amount that was spoken was good enough to get the message to us and we are very thankful .. This trip was very important to us .. We could not have done it without their help and guidance.. May Allah reward them
