During this class we will prepare a three course meal together as a team. Focus will be on cooking strategies that maximise health and taste and minimise time and effort. You will also learn tips and tricks about grocery shopping, food storage, sustainable in kitchen, plating and food presentation. Chef Su was amazing! Felt at home with her and she made everything look so easy! Also had a conversation with my daughter about things she was looking forward to doing while we are in Australia. She said to try authentic Indian food and Chef Su said come be my guest and I will cook you an authentic Indian meal. :)
