    The excellent one-to-one interface. Our guide was very personable and took care to see to our needs! He time-managed us so we made our scheduled trip to Graceland without feeling rushed.

    Tripadvisor is a rip-off. Made reservation for the tour. Due to unforeseen circumstances our trip was cancelled due to airline and weather problems. No flights available for days. When we called to cancel our tour spoke with customer service and said no problem since it was more than 24 hours. We then receive and email saying the TOUR OPERATOR has a NO REFUND policy If we would have known we never would have booked for $850 Be aware bait and switch Buy thinking 24 hour cancel and find out NO REFUND.
