No me gustó para nada el tour. Hice uno de Chichenitza, un cenote y Valladolid en Febrero. En primera, nos quedamos varados en medio de la selva camino al cenote, tiempo de casi dos horas porque el chofer no traía refacciones o si las traía pero no se acordó NI SABÍA CÓMO, varios pasajeros tuvieron que ayudar. NO HABÍA SEÑAL para auxiliarnos. Fue mi primer tour por las tierras mayas y terrible experiencia. NO RECOMIENDO. Lo barato me salió caro :) Es mejor escoger otras agencias.

Esta es la segunda ocasión utilizando los servicios del señor Osorio para renta de auto en merida y guía turístico, mi esposo y yo somos muy precavidos cuando se trata de carros de renta. El señor Osorio es súper profesional en cada aspecto, siempre atento a cada pregunta o duda respecto cualquier cosa, es excelente para recomendar cualquier actividad que desees y darte siempre el mejor servicio.
