I am waiting for my refund!!! Local tour operator didn’t respond to phone, email or show up. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. The only thing that salvaged the experience was that I was able to rebook the trip with another, reliable company…

Booked this tour for Nov 4, 2021. They did not show up, did not respond to email, and the phone number provided was disconnected. We lost a chunk of our morning in Merida before just hiring a taxi. On closer examination, there are some posts indicating that the tour operator is deceased and/or this company is out of business. The booking was cancelled and a refund was issued relatively quickly. However, tours by this operator Yucatan Excursions should probably be verified or removed from Tripadvisor/Viator to save customers stress and wasted time.

Ayer adquirimos un paquete con Yucatan Excursions por medio de tripadvisor para que pasaran por nosotros a las 8 am, son las 8:42 , aun no han pasado y los telefonos que han establecido para alguna duda sale que no existen y el correo electronico no contestan, tristemente nos timaron.
