  • The Met Cloisters in uptown are normally open 10AM – 5PM
  • The pre-orientation experience option is shown as 2 hours long. It includes the 30-minute pre-orientation experience and then self-guided time in the Museum. You can off course spend longer than 90 minutes in the Museum if you want, but this is the minimum amount of time you should allow.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Not guided. Only times. Twice price of standard ticket. No lines to skip. Nothing special. Misleading. Would not recommend. Can walk up and purchase ticket yourselves for fraction of cost.

Small group guided Metropolitan Museum of Art Skip-the-Line Guided Tour - Semi-Private tour with Babylon Tours. Fantastic. Our guide Kathryn was incredibly well informed and so willingly informative. Kathryn provided easy to understand information. We saw so much in 2.5 hrs and learnt so much. We had a small group of 6. The MET is SO big a guide is recommended especially if time is limited.
