In these cases we are unable to provide refunds or discounts. No large bags or suitcases are allowed inside the museum, only handbags or small thin backpacks are allowed through security. Some specific rooms inside the museum are subjected to a very quiet or restricted right to speak inside, in this case your guide will provide the information about this places before entering the specific rooms where this rule applies. Some collections may vary along the year.

    Loved this tour. It involved a little bit of travel back and forth across town but well worth it , especially The Frida Kahlo house and the amazing Anahuacalli Museum. Our guide, Neene was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and passionate about Frida Kahlo. Recommend her and the tour highly.

    Estivemos com Nenee para fazer o passeio, e fez toda a diferença fazer o passeio guiado! Tiramos todas as dúvidas e enriqueceu nossa experiência estar com ela ! Ela foi muito atenciosa e educadas. Vale muito a pena passar os três lugares e entender mais a fundo sobre essas figuras tão importantes.

    We loved our tour with Neene, she is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. This is a great tour because you get to see three places, not just one or two. Most people walked through the museums without any background information but we had Neene who told us lots of interesting details and helped navigate the lines/tickets for us. We both learned a lot and had lots of fun!
