This tour is very expensive, and not exactly "private/small group" since the cave portion is with a larger, Spanish-speaking group. Some parts of the cave may still been natural but majority of it is very commercialized (for example, there is a bathroom inside the cave and snacks for sale). Our translator/tour guide was generally fluent in English, but he only translated around 20-30% of the cave tours, which were conducted in Spanish. The town Taxco was pretty cute and had some neat pieces of history.
Also, we arrived on time to the meeting point, and the bus driver only took a picture of the IDs of people who arrived early/on time but not those who arrived late, which essentially penalizes those who arrived early/on time. We don't feel right for them to keep a picture of our ID.
Overall, there are enjoyable portions but would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
