This tour to the Teotihuacan pyramids is a tourist trap, don't go! A tour that could take between 3 and 4 hours takes 9. You will spend hours in overpriced stores where Turtour earns commission on sales. Before you go to the Pyramids you loose an hours of your Lifetime in an overpriced Obsidian Shop. They Tell you lies why you should buy there (other places sell cheap Onyx instead of Obsidian - which ist Just bullshit, as Onyx is of Higher value than Obsidian), after The pyramids (where of course you have to wait 15 min for nothing Just next toba Souvenir Shop with "Special prices") which are beautiful, you get a Nightmare Lunch only to Drive to the next Souvenir shop. Turibus ist a disgrace for entire Mexican Culture and should loose its licence. Make sure to go with someone who won't steal our time.

El bus te lleva a las pirámides pero primero hace una parada en un taller de artesanías. La experiencia del taller es interesante y la guía de las pirámides también. Después te llevan a almorzar y finalmente a la basílica de Guadalupe. En todo el recorrido era muy difícil entenderle al guía porque hablaba muy rápido y enredado. Por otro lado, el bus no está en las mejores condiciones. El almuerzo está bien, pero puede ser mejor. Personalmente, el paso por la basílica no me pareció muy interesante. Además, se pierde mucho tiempo un una tienda de regalos religiosos. En general la experiencia está bien pero puede ser mucho mejor. Es importante que sepan que no están dejando subir a las pirámides.

The same thing happened to me as the previous person, I wanted to cancel 24 hours in advance and they kept all the money. The advertised cancellation policy is illegal and not correct. Be careful, another type of fraud characteristic of Mexico City.
