This was a very good experience, very authentic. Eduardo did a very nice job of explaining everything to us in good detail, at the market and in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this if you are interested in Mexican food in any way. I don't really cook a lot, but enjoyed the class and lesson in the food preparation.

I did a cooking class with this company, and I'm so glad the I ditched the pyramids to spend my time on this instead!
Everything about this company and the class is great. Starting with their office teams communication, to the market tour (you help with all the shopping which is super fun) and cooking class itself, through to the end where they take the time to get your feedback on the day.
I did my class with Eduardo (Lalo) who I would definitely ask for, as he's not only a great chef and teacher, but a really nice guy to spend a number of hours with.
Coming from a catering/hospitality background in Australia I cannot fault the time I took for this class in any way.
And not only did I learn about Mexican food, but a lot about the people and culture at the same time.
Do the class everyone! You won't regret it!
