Simplesmente ninguém apareceu para fazer a visita. Chegamos com 10 minutos de antecedência no local. Procuramos em vários pontos e nada. Mandei várias mensagens antes e no horário da reserva e tb não tive retorno. Estou aguardando o reembolso

I should preface this review with the fact that we had originally organized it for a Sunday and it happened to be the celebration for the president so we had to reschedule for another day and due to our schedule we had to shorten it. The customer service was great and communication was very good as well. That said here’s the good points - the historical downtown has amazing architecture, the buildings are in fairly close so you can get a great deal done in a short period of time, the guide did her best to accommodate our 4 hour schedule and she was very nice and even gave us a little key chain as a thank you gift. She was not as prepared as other guides we have had on past tours, that’s why I’m saying it’s an average tour. I’m sure if you do a little research and tell the guide ahead of time what you are most interested in, they will give you a great experience.
