  • The company won´t be responsible for any forgotten or lost items in our facilities or during the activity. We have lockers for keeping your personal belogings.
  • The age considered of the minors is from 4 years to 12 years
  • Children under 4 years or under 1.20 mts height
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

This was one of the most memorable experiences of my life. I'm not going to leave long description of the splendid views, just what I wish I'd known in advance: a) Even if you (I) don't speak a word of Spanish, the people are SO great! They will be patient and will make you feel comfortable - even if they don't speak a word of English! don't be afraid! b) It's not cold up there: the flames are so strong that it's warm and cozy in the basket - but make sure to have a jacket for when you land as the mornings are chilly, and it's cooler on the ground than in the sky; c) Don't be afraid of the landing - the pilots are professional, and the crew on the ground make sure to take good care of the smooth landing; d) if you take the tour to the pyramids with them, beware that the prices in the souvenir store you stop by on the way are at least double those you will be at Teotihuacan or a liquor store (for tequila). However, the history lesson they give you is worth paying extra, if you can. e) Do try pulque :-) And Tequila f) If you take a package with transportation and visiting the Pyramids - you will be back to Mexico no sooner than 2:30-3:00 PM. Plan accordingly g) Pilot Oscar is the best!

Fui con mi mamá desde Guatemala, la reserva la hice por Facebook y desde ese momento la atención fue buenísima! Me explicaron todo y luego hice el pago, me preguntaron en que hotel íbamos a estar hospedadas y nos fueron a traer al hotel. Un día antes me escribieron por whatsapp para preguntarnos si estábamos listas y para decirnos a que hora iban a llegar por nosotras al hotel. Llegaron súper puntual. Luego nos fuimos al globopuerto, allí pudimos tomar café (podías elegir cualquier tipo de café) y pastelitos. Luego nos asignaron al globo Titan! nuestro piloto fue Agustín, 100 puntos a Agustín por su linda atención. La experiencia de estar volando fue increíble, fue un momento de paz viendo el amanecer desde el cielo. El aterrizaje si fue un poco divertido, pero súper interesante la logística de la empresa para irnos a recoger! Al bajar brindamos con todas las personas del globo! Luego nos llevaron a desayunar, estuvo también super rico y ordenado, luego pasamos a ver artesanías y nos dieron charlas sobre el maguey (en donde obviamente grabamos nuestros nombres como la canción) Y luego un recorrido por las ruinas de Teotihuacán. Super recomendado SkyBalloons! 100 puntos desde el principio hasta el final hicieron una experiencia inolvidable!
