Visit the most emblematic places of CDMX in a unique way. See how the city changes when the buildings are illuminated and take amazing photos. Visit the Fine Arts Palace, considered the most important cultural venue in Mexico City. Then we will go to the Palacio de Correos and Calle Madero, where you will learn about its history and the stories and curiosities of the buildings that are in it, such as the Casa de los Azulejos or an old Franciscan convent. To continue, we will visit the Zócalo, where we can admire the National Palace and the Cathedral, a World Heritage Site since 1987. Then we will visit the Templo Mayor from the outside. To end this experience, we will visit the Torre Latinoamericana, a 44-floor skyscraper that has a viewpoint on the top floor from which you can admire the best views of the city. After learning the history of this impressive building, if you have selected the option with the access to the viewpoint included, you will have time to climb on your own.

Guai was a good, knowledgeable, friendly guide once we found him at 6:20pm after searching for 25 mins for our tour group. We were the only 2 people on the tour that night so it was very private. He even escorted us to a local restaurant, Cafe Tsuba, for a late dinner after the tour.

Edwin was very knowledgeable about MesoAmerican history and did a a great job of putting it in the context of the Spanish conquest and development of the historic colonial buildings and the modern ones as well. Thank you Edwin. The tour is a great introduction to Central Mexico City. I would recommend doing this on your first day before you get to know the city as a brief introduction. As a two hour tour, it’s not exhausting, and it covers a fair amount of ground without being overwhelming. Seeing everything at night, especially Zócalo plaza lit up, does give different experience and is worthwhile.
