A must do while in Mexico City. Eduardo and Jorge were amazing chef and sous chef. The location, market experience, education and hands on cooking was enjoyable. You’ll learn about the Mexican culture all while cooking an authentic meal.

We are a group of 3 friends (2 Mexican and 1 Brazilian who has lived in Mexico for several years and who loves Mexican culture and cuisine). We decided to take this tour to surprise our Brazilian-Mexican friend and celebrate her birthday with this experience. Our expectation was high because the 3 of us know and eat Mexican food every day and I can say that it was far exceeded, because the quality and dynamics of the experience was spectacular. The tour is designed to visit a market, get to know the ingredients and aromas from scratch, to arrive at a very beautiful old Mexican house with a very cozy kitchen and work on very interesting Mexican recipes as a team with the other participants, until achieving the dishes cooked together and close sitting at the table tasting the delicious menu prepared. The super friendly staff, the chef Eren wonderful, explaining and managing to integrate everyone, keeping up with the experience, patient, fun, knows her theme and managed to cook a complete menu in a short time. Everything is very well organized, this allows you to enjoy, live and experience the tour with freedom and confidence in the staff and organizers. The menu is very well balanced, varied, suitable for tourists and manages to surprise locals. I congratulate you for achieving experiences of this level of quality that transmit to the visitor our wonderful gastronomy, hospitality and culture through our cuisine. Our friend was happily celebrated, we learned a lot, we laughed, we had a very pleasant time and we highly recommend this experience for foreigners and locals.
