  • Customers with high temperature or clear symptoms of flu or dry cough will not be allowed in the vehicle
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver kept in constant contact with us. He was punctual and very friendly. My flight to Mexico City was delayed a number of times. He was able to adjust without a problem.

Luis contacted me well in advance and was very communicative. He answered all my many questions promptly and was on time to pick us up. He was friendly, interpreted the city for us and also helped us get affordable tickets for the ballet. He remembered it was my moms 75 th bday trip and even brought her a beautiful present. Fantastic service and experience !! 10/10 - Highly recommend !
