TAXCO AND CACAHUAMILPA CAVES from CDMX

It was possibly the worst trip I have taken in my life. It began with a very disorganized pick up, as they were supposed to pick us up at our hotel, ended up walking two blocks for pick up. Tour was supposed to be in spanish, and they mixed it with a group of English tour as well and that's where things got out of control. The group of English speaking kept delaying the tour and once they got back kept talking bad about us spanish speaking to even say that they wished that we weren't there. Little did they know that my entire family speaks English as we are fully bilingual and understood everything they said. We told the guide and the English speaking passenger's got extremely aggressive to even try to hit my pregnancy wife. The driver all she did was tell us that all she could do is stop the trip and we won't get our money back, pretty much bully us into being in that environment with a bunch of aggressive and racist people. The driver name is Gabriela Moreno. She also drove so bad that half the van ended up throwing up. Also it was included lunch and didn't have lunch until 4pm. Most people in the tour had kids or disabilities and our pick up in Taxco we had to walk for about 40 minutes to the entrance of the town because the driver refused to go inside the town and wait in traffic. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience and very disappointing. It ruined an entire day and made us feel so little as people just because they rather have people who are just English speaker.

Our guide Gaby was fantastic. Very informative, knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend this trip. On time and as explained on the intenerary.

¡Fue una experiencia increíble! Visitamos las grutas de cacahuamilpa las son una maravilla de la naturaleza y con un poco de imaginación encontramos algunas formas de animales, por lo menos una vez en tu vida debes de conocer este lugar. Durante todo el tiempo el guía estuvo pendiente de nosotros y a llegar a Taxco realizamos una caminata por este pueblo pintoresco y sus calles empedradas, además de que nos comentaron que es conocido por la plata. También visitamos un Taller de Plata, donde nos explicaron como se elaboran algunas piezas con este material y nos degustamos el mezcal de la región. Cabe mencionar que en todo momento se cumplieron los protocolos de sana distancia, toma de temperatura, uso de cubrebocas y gel anti bacterial. Muchas gracias por su profesionalismo y definitivamente volveremos a viajar con ustedes. Definitivamente recomendable :)
