I’ve been at Teotihuacan a few times but never in a tour. This was our first time with a tour guide and it made the experience unforgettable. Hector is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, patient and fun. Jose, our driver, was also very nice and respectful. Highly recommend this company and Hector as your tour guide. Thank you!

As a travel consultant, there is nothing more important to my clients than truly being immersed in the culture they are learning about. I was so lucky to have Alicia teach me all about Teotihuacan. Not only was she able to accommodate my tour into a bilingual experience for my father (Spanish speaker) and I to both understood the history, but she also gave us great anecdotes that were tailored to the areas that we were separately interested in. Her knowledge for Mexican history and culture was truly the highlight of our trip. Professional yet approachable, she took us on a journey for the couple of hours we shared together. Amazing balloon journey! I what made it even better was how smoothly things went with Travelezza. Communication before was perfect so I didn’t have to worry. I speak Spanish but still, Erik, our guide and driver made sure we were in the right place at the right time. The meal was healthy and delicious after. A perfect rato g for a perfect experience. Thanks Luisa and Erik for everything!
