The tour guide never showed up for hotel pick up, apparently they did at 9.15 but by 9.20 when I got to the lobby they weren’t there - pick up time was 9.30!!! Now both the tour agency and Viator are refusing a refund. Also the receptionist confirmed that no guides had been waiting in the lobby!

Pedro our tour guide was amazing. We had an amazing time and the pyramids were beautiful. We learned a lot and everything was taken care of.
