Awesome…Carlos was a super guide, loved seeing and learning about archeology and pyramids and tequila. How can you beat that ~ oh add some volcanos. Done. Loved the town of Tequila and the distillery we visited and tasted. Van was AC, total of 6 people including Carlos, picked us up at our apartment. Thank you!!

The overall experience was less than average and enjoyable. The pickup interaction and behavior from the tour guide Alejandro was unprofessional and unwarranted. There was a communication issue for the pickup time. He did text me at 745am stating he was running late, however upon arrival he demanded 3x I show him my phone for the text messages regarding the pickup time. He stated he was "only 3 minutes late, what's the big deal?". I understood the pickup time to be 0730 and not 0750, waiting over 20+ minutes for his arrival. The overall tour was so-so, nothing above average, to include the restaurant selected by the company. The only highlight was the tequila tasting after lunch. As a Queer traveler and Travel Advisor, I would not recommend this tour company or 1 day tour to my clients. His behavior in the morning was unwarranted and extremely unprofessional. He purposeful ignored and excluded me from conversations, asking the other 3 guests where they were from, what brought them to GDL, and general travel questions. Upon drop-off he did apologize for the mornings situation, yet it was insincere and robotic and rehearsed. This tour is not worth the 1700+ pesos for the quality and level of professionalism (lack thereof) provided by the tour guide and company. Additionally the company does not answer phone calls and/or WhatsApp text messages.
