Our guide, Norberto, was absolutely fantastic. He was truly bilingual and spoke in Spanish slowly for us to understand and practice while translating sometimes. He was genuine and very knowledgeable. Great sense of humor as well. Panoramex overall was very communicative and professional. Everything was on time. Very much worth the money.
