The History of Mexico and Tabasco fills the Casa de los Azulejos, an elegant building with blue tiles, and the Tomás Garrido Canabal Park has features inspired by pre-Hispanic and colonial architecture.

Parque Museo La Venta, Villahermosa, Tabasco, Mexico La Venta Park Museum, a symbol of Olmeca Culture and tourist attraction of the city. La Venta archaeological site was located on an island in a swampy near the Golf of Mexico. Due to the construction of an oil refinery and an airport, big parts of this historical site were destroyed. The very impressive pieces found there have been moved to La Venta Park Museum.

We had a great tour with Juan Carlos. He was very knowledgeable and had a wonderful personality. We had an awesome time on the tour at Parque La Venta and then got to see more artifacts at the museum. Definitely recommend!
