you will meet just outside of the duty-free stores that are right next to the ship. Once you pass the small shop area you will find an official tourist information stand and just right next to it a representative of SHORE EXCURSIONS MEXICO will be waiting there with a paddle/sign with their logo on it and a list with your name on it. THE ONLY people authorized to receive guest and guarantee service is Aaron Chi, Jose Arenas, Cristobal Figueroa, and Manuel Cabrero they all were a red shirt as uniform with the shore excursions Mexico logo. Please be aware that other companies will try to trick you saying they are Shore Excursions Mexico staff. Please ask for ID.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

Don't waste your money. Their is no beach beyond the loungers ,they were stacking sandbags while we were there to the point that you had to climb over them to get to the water. They bring you a drink in an 8 oz plastic tumbler . The food was not appetizing at all and they allowed constant vendors pestering you while you are trying to enjoy your day.

Terrible experience. The pictures online nothing like the place. We stayed 10 minutes and left. The glass were all dirty.

Nothing like advertised at all! The place is a trash pit. Not big, pool is cloudy dirty, trash just outside of the rope barricade. There was a lady next to the ropes beating the sh*t out of her dog. Continued hitting it in the head for barking:( Drinks were no good, glasses were filthy. Looking for refund!!!!!!
