Nous avions réservé bien avant de partir un billet à forfait : bigbus, Everglades, queen island. Entre la réservation et le voyage, nous avons changé les dates, les excursions ont été ajustées par bigbus (mail). Sur place, les qr-code ont très bien fonctionné. Grand tour en bigbus permet de bien se repérer et se faire une idée des coins à visiter. Oui, il faut du temps à cause de la circulation... Les dispositifs de sonorisation sont un peu capricieux, alors on change de place et voilà :-)

Well worth doing for overview of Miami. Would recommend sitting upstairs - downstairs can get stuffy if weather is warm. Especially enjoyed the Little Havana stop.

I was happy to do book this tour with a nice young lady named Jeannie at the Bayside Marketplace booth. She was extremely helpful to us and guided us on best trip to take. Only encountered a problem with a bus driver who was not caring enough to offer assistance when I couldn't hop on to the bus because of a knee brace. Otherwise had a wonderful time on both days on the bus and the cruise around the harbor.
