In the heat of the summer, these buses are miserable. Even in October with high humidity and mid 80s, the lower part of the bus is almost unbearable.

No accountability. We had to take an uber after stop 9 even though we were told there would be more pick ups.

Our driver Eugenia was working on her birthday and she was very nice and knowledgeable. Little Havana was my favorite stop.
