It was nice and good way to see miami. Travel was consistent but they did not give us good times for the everglade tour so we didn't have time for it.

Waited an hour and a half for a bus in downtown Miami. Staff are very quick to point out they cannot control traffic. The app showed 6 buses running on the map and we were told there were 11 buses running. There were several stops where multiple people could not get on. Tried to get a refund and were offered a credit for other cities to include international cities. Also booked through a third party and they were rude and adamant they were never giving a refund. Use caution when booking this tour. I wish I had read Trip Advisor reviews prior to booking.
