Martica was an absolutely amazing tour guide! From the moment we stepped onto the bus, she was warm, welcoming, and full of energy. Her knowledge of the city was impressive, and she shared fun facts and stories that brought the sights to life. What really stood out was her passion and enthusiasm—it made the entire night feel special. The tour was smooth, informative, and so much fun. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide. Terrible service- app not live times. We booked 48 hour hop on and the boat cruise. Biggest waste of money. Bus and as ok. Got off for cruise. Wish we had went with instinct and not boarded as a tropical storm hit when pulled out. So scared- captain held us out next to cargo ships despite everyone asking g to go back to port. Hardly saw any of islands. We completely understand that can’t control weather in hurricane season , but there was no apology or any one to complain to on dock as all shut up in tropical storm. If been offered money back. Poor customer service. However our bus driver on the 4pm last bus back to South Beach was awesome- traffic gridlocked with flooding and he did great with our very hot sweaty grumpy bus. Thanks to him.

It’s one of the terrible experience I got 4 tickets for 2 days including night tour and cruise Its was so hot in Miami and non of the buses have air conditioning at all Buses was packed with people and it was so bad Drivers so rude and bad , we went to bus and we almost close to had accident Employees at the points bad too We should have one hour free bike and when we went there they said it’s not included even it was show that in the tickets It’s not worth at all and one of the bad experience I ever had
