Operator text and said they couldn't pickup at our hotel and we were told to go to a different hotel. Cost us $20.00. Then they told us to go the the gateway 2 miles away. We walked in the pouring rain. Then the tour ended 2 hours late

Ich muss wirklich sagen, ich bin nicht jemand der immer was zu meckern hat oder gerne schlechte Bewertung schreibt aber auch ich, habe die vorab schlechten Bewertung die nicht ganz ernst genommen und bin auf die Schnauze gefallen. Also ich bin sprachlos, dass dieser Anbieter noch bei bei Viator angeboten wird. Ich dachte wenn man über Viator bucht, hat man eine Garantie, eine qualifizierte, gute und sichere Tour zu erhalten aber leider NICHt. Es fing schon damit an, dass wir vergessen wurden und zwei Stunden auf den Bus bei Regen gewartet haben. Als der Bus kam, wollte ich erst nicht einsteigen da ich dachte, dass ist ein Flüchtlingsbus. Ich habe in meinem Leben noch nie so einen verranzten Bus gesehen, der Bus war mit einer Art Tesa zusammengeklebt(siehe Bild), verrostet und die Fenster waren nicht fest und haben während der Fahrt nur geklappert. Sitzplätze im Innenbereich gab es auch nicht mehr, sodass wir die Wahl hatten, die komplette Fahrt im Regen oben zu sitzen oder gefährlich im Bus zu stehen. Wie beschrieben, dass man ein Führer hat der einem die Viertel erklärt und zeigt gibt es auch nicht, es werden einfach nur durchsagen im Bus gemacht, die keiner versteht. Ich rate von der Stadtrundfahrt wirklich ab, etwas schlechteres als das hab ich noch nicht erlebt aber fie Organisation für die Airboatfahrt hat gut geklappt und war ganz interessant.

It was difficult to hear our guide on the bus. The ride was a nice ride but couldn't understand the lady telling us about most of the city. I think the speaker system was not a good one. In the everglades we did get to see alligators and large iguanas on the airboat ride!! Our guide on the boat (senior captain of the guides) did a nice job for the short amount of time we had!
