Alejandro, was a friend indeed as he not only guided me on how to explore Miami but also gave a good deal on the 2 days ticket. He is a nice person and carries very helpful attitude. It was a pleasure to meet him and it’s a small world so will meet again, buddy. You are a gem! You can also reach out to him through Voila Miami Concierge on FB if you need any support. The bus and boat tour both were also good, worth it. They have an app through which you can manage your time better.

Despite paying over $500 for premium tickets, we were unable to get on the bus as it was too busy. We bought our tickets at the Riu and were told that they had been having problems with the buses being busy but I was reassured that an additional bus was being put on. We got off the tour at Bayside to have a look around, we tried to get back on the bus an hour later but it was full so we decided to do our boat tour. This was the best part of the day trip. When we came off the bus tour it was approaching 4.30pm, the bus arrived and it allowed about 10 people on it. We were assured that we would be able to get on the 5pm bus. When this arrived there was a huge surge for the bus with people not queuing, rushing the front door of the bus. There was no control from the staff, no apologies, we were just told that the bus was full. As a party of 8 people who had already paid over $500, this was unacceptable. We paid $70 in Uber fees to get back to South Beach. Although we have another day left on our ticket, we are unlikely to use it as we fear that we will have the same problem today. No, I wouldn’t recommend
