Very long wait for everything, at each bus stops and to connect with the boat tour (you will be lucky if you have a place within the next hour). Overall very expensive for what it is and especially considering the last bus is only at 5pm. If you are still considering doing the tour, book it online as it is always cheaper than in the kiosk.

Koupily jsme si 2 denní lístek, který obsahoval Hop on/off tour včetně hodinové plavby po kanálech v Miami a druhý den výletu do národního parku Evergladess. Cena za 2 denní voucher se určitě vyplatí, vše bylo dobře organizovano. Jediná výtka je k intervalu autobusů, má jezdit po 30 minutách, ale na jeden jsme čekali přes hodinu, ale bylo to v oblasti Malé Havany, takže to zase tak nevadilo

Worst experience ever! Booked the trip through Trip Advisor. Recieved the comfirmation from Big Bus. Confirmation said"Departure point: You may start this tour at any of the stops listed." None were listed. When we checked into our hotel we ask about Big Bus tours. They provide us a Big Bus brocher with all the they tour routes & stops and down loaded their App as recommended. It isn't user friendly !! Our hotel was one block to stop #3. What luck! WRONG!!! I tried finding out information on the website nothing avaible about the night tour. It took me 30 minutes texting with robot to finally figure out we were screwed because we didn't time to Uber across the bay to Miami. The night tour only leaves from Stop 1 in Miami not Miami Beach. First night and Not the way to start your trip.
