We used Viator for transport to and from the Miami cruise terminal. We had no issues with the transport. Drivers were friendly and in time. It was great to be able to communicate with them the morning g if the transport. My only complaint is not having the time we requested to be picked up on any of the confirmation emails and texts. It made me nervous so therefore I had to call the day before on each transport to confirm. The phone representatives were not very accommodating and had to go back and forth with them on time we booked.

DRIVER NEVER SHOWED UP!!! I WANT MY MONEY back called three times how much more can I say about a driver never showing up or calling me
