We had a lovely day with Jorge, going to the market and then cooking. Jorge provided us with a nice overview of the town, the market and the local ingredients available. All of the food we cooked was delish, and the menu was far reaching, including tomatoes in season, lovely ham, Spanish omelet, a new vegetable (to us), paella and a french toast-like dessert. We loved the literal and figurative local flavor and Jorge was a really pleasant and engaging guide.
We specifically picked the town because of this class (it was on our way to Barcelona)--we loved both the charming town and the class.
