Lara was fantastic. In addition to being pleasant and fun, she was very knowledgeable. She also gave us an excellent list of recommendations in Milan and Rome. Our only regret is that we didn't do this tour sooner upon arriving because we didn't have time to take advantage of all the tips she gave us for enjoying our stay. Lesson learned. Definitely take a tour with her if you get a chance!
