The guide showed us lots of fascinating sites; he was quite knowledgeable and fluent in English. However, his Italian accent was thick, so it was often difficult to understand him. I can’t tell you his name because he never introduced himself. He walked and talked briskly, often heedless of the group. Not once did he check to make sure we were all there as we arrived somewhere or boarded the bus. He seemed bored with his job— was not engaging or enthusiastic. Unfortunately, our experience was just okay.

Would highly recommend, the guide was extremely knowledgeable and we particularly enjoyed Teatro alla Scala and The Last Supper viewing.
