If you don't have a lot of time--even if you do--this tour is a great way to see some key sights in Milan. From La Scala to the Duomo and the Galleria to the Last Supper, you'll get quick access and important information about the city and its amazing history. Good sized group and our guide was great; good pace and a perfect way to spend an afternoon. Highly recommend. One tip: type in address for meeting place rather than using supplied GPS coordinates; we almost missed the tour using the latter.

Viator has shocked and deceived me. I simply desire a refund of the proportional amount due the fact they didn’t provide that service. 5 minutes before the tour, I was notified that the visit to the Scala had been cancelled. My refund request was refused. We left the country that evening, so I declined their two vouchers. They denied my tour cancellation request since I didn’t give 24 hours’ notice. I contacted the customer service and my refund request was rejected without explanation, creating in me a feeling of complete impotence, due to their reduced prices for the Duodomo and ‘Last Dinner’ activities. Nevertheless, Renata, the tour guide, was amazing.

Necessary to see The Last Supper, but worth it. The other sites visited with our exceptional tour guide were worth it.
