The team at new horizon travel &Tours was great.all three of the tours for my group of 11 people were booked through New horizon Desert safari tour,Abu Dhabi tour,and city tour of Dubai.The coordination of the excursions began even before leaving the United States of america.the partnership with Ajin at the swissotel tour desk was easy,and his level of detail and responsiveness was very reassuring. The service was excellent,five rated in my view and the reason was because they were very professional,respectfully,help ful,and most accommodating our needs.we are very pleased with Ajin Joseph and his colleagues and I highly recommend they to all. The tour was good for our group we saw the important sites such as the dubaimall,museum,gold souk,Burj khalifa,Burj Al Arab, a nice shopping mall just behind Burj Al Arab we had a great time. All of the excursions guides:Lijo (Dubai city tour )money and asharaf(Desert safari) Jamal(Abu Dhabi city tour) They were great additions to the experience,and they exhibited great flexibility for a group of 11 people with varying degrees of adventure,pace,and age Appreciate all the flexibility shown and you are true asset to the new horizon travel and tours experience. Thankyou Mr. Lijo I wisited a one day for the morden dubai I get good experiance for the New Horizon Travals and turisum escpcialy Gaid Lijo..'s verey frendly it's a wonder full experiance with lijo he was good gaid. He took us different placese knew all different informations and was very polite... The car was very comeforteble.. An he was a very enjoyble and informative trip.
