We were sent to semi-Gobi to stay a night in a ger with a nomadic family. That was fine except that this tour was supposed to have brought us to Terelj park, see Chinggis Khan statute, visit a meditation temple and an overnight stay in ger. We had no issues with the guides and the host family who were all fabulous and friendly people, and probably not privy to what Viator had contracted with us, but it did not change the fact that we did not get the tour that had been promised by Viator. Absolutely disappointed by Viator.
