Most people know a theme park inspired by one famous mouse. But one dedicated to monkeys? At Monkeyland, a natural habitat located deep in the Dominican Republic’s jungle and home to squirrel monkeys. On this 5.5-hour guided tour where you'll also explore the habitat's on-site botanical garden, as well as a coffee and cacao plantation. Chat it up with local farmers, learn about their organic methods and taste tropical fruit just plucked from a tree. Hotel transport from Punta Cana and Bavaro is included.

A little late getting picked up but Edy the tour guide made us feel like family. Monkeys Was Amazing! Was able to taste Hot chocolate, coffee and mamajuana

La primera parte de la visita se basa en enseñarte cómo preparan el chocolate, café, coco y algún producto típico más para luego tratar de vendértelo a precios inflados sin posibilidad de regateo. Por otra parte, yo marqué que la excursión la queríamos hacer en castellano y nos metieron en un grupo de habla inglesa, cosa que a mí no me importaba, pero a mi pareja sí. La segunda parte de la vista consistió en la experiencia con los monos ardilla, que fue muy divertida y lo más recomendable de todo.
