The communication was excellent prior to and upon arrival. Our driver could not have been more perfect. Communicative with excellent information. The whole experience was the best! I would highly recommend this company.

Mr. Reasonable was kind, helpful and had great info about the island on our pick up from the airport. He offered to take us somewhere to by some rum at good prices on the way to the hotel. It was overpriced and not a good deal. (Later he told us we could cancel our day tour with another operator and he would do the same trip for less. When we called the next day to make arrangements, he wouldn't take a credit card and would only do cash. (Or take us to an ATM.) We declined the offer and found another tour service for half the cost that customized our tour along the way.) For our return trip to the airport, we had another driver who pretty much was a nice guy but complained about Jamaica not being good if you lived there. He made us feel uncomfortable for having a nice 5 day trip while he is so underpaid and never had a vacation. We love to talk to our drivers, as they can be a wealth of knowledge for new visitors, but we feel like we got a mix of great service, lip service and tourist shaming.
