5-Day Mini-Vacation Package at Holiday Inn Montego Bay, Jamaica

Beautiful beaches - awful hotel. We had a vacation here in 2014 and loved every minute, but on our return in 2022 it had seriously deteriorated and this was mainly due to the very bad service from the staff. Also Constant music and noise and unable to get any sleep, music still going on after 2 am and rooms not sound proofed. Location is still beautiful vistas, but service, well generally there is none! Just a huge amount of excuses and we were told to call back tomorrow and we will resolve it. Then the next day no resolution and same answer, call back tomorrow! Got this day after day! This last visit was one of the most trying and stressful holidays ever and I’ve done a lot of holidays to Jamaica and the Caribbean! None were like The Holiday Inn Montego bay 2022! My advice - stay somewhere else!

Listen...when you arrived to this property remember that you are on island time and do not rush to be checked in or anything else. The lobby has a good open foyer and if you look straight ahead you can see the pool & the ocean. Just take in the scenery and be patient while your checking in is all I'm saying. This property is very clean I trusted the cleanliness from the moment I stepped on the scene. The view is everything. The staff is very nice but they are not eager to help you are on their time and I respect that. I recommend you get a massage it was awesome. Make sure to tip the staff.

Holiday Inn Resort in Montego Bay is home away from home for me and my family. The staff the grounds the hospitality is fantastic,I’ve been to this hotel many times and there is nothing that I can say about this hotel that makes me unhappy. The rooms are very clean, the stuff take the time to make you stay feel very at home. I love the variety of food on the buffet and the other restaurant that’s on the resort. The Caribbean or Jamaica night they have on the beach once a week it’s phenomenal, the variety of food you have to choose from and the entertainment is awesome, there is something for everyone. The beach and pools are beautiful and the view from your room is breathtaking. My husband favorite place to eat in the daytime is at the jerk cut or the fish and chips café, we enjoy every moment of our vacation when we go to the resort you should give it a try and see if yourself. I’ve seen some people have a lot of complaints about the resort, but as we all know you can’t please everyone no matter how hard you try, something we have to have patients and understanding, we’re just coming out of a pandemic and everyone just like here in our country is trying to get back to normal. So if you decide to go to holiday Inn Montego Bay go with the intention you’re going to enjoy your vacation, enjoy the beach and enjoy the sunshine and be thankful we are able to make it there safely.
