Dain was great. Very customer focused. The details of the excursion need to be clearly explained. This was way too far and not worth the short ride on the ATV. Beautiful scenes.

I had a great time riding the ATV's but that was about it. The driver ruined the whole experience. To the credit of the owner of this tour, I do not believe this was a regular driver that we had. But it was not a tour. It was a ride to the ATV's (Which was GREAT... Andrew was our guide and he was wonderful), but everything else the driver ruined by being high as a kite. We feared for our safety because he was driving crazy and falling asleep. At Rick's cafe we didn't get the experience because we felt rushed and also because we did not want it to be dark with this driver. I had to watch his eyes the whole time. I even offered to drive myself but he refused. Again, I'm sure this was not the norm. But we had a Catamaran Cruise and tour of Dunn's River Falls the next day (Not through this company) and we cancelled because we were fearful to leave the resort again based on this experience. We just lost money all around. Ricardo gave us a portion of the money back, which was appreciated. I am still just a little sour about not getting the experience that we paid for and anticipated.
