Great day out, got offered some smokes and cake which were declined on arrival... Once inside tried the Bob Marley shot which was yum ...then the tour ... Guide was informative, music great

Remember this is a visit to the resting place of someone who stopped a near civil war for two years, was nearly assassinated for promoting peace, and is regarded as a prophet. You also meet some vendors who sell interesting things.

We booked our private driver for $250 for the two of us and had to pay the entry fee (either $15 or $30/person). You can book this as a guided public tour for $120/person. From our Montego Bay resort, we left at 9 a.m. and returned around 2 p.m. as it is just about a 2 hour trip to the destination. Simply said, this is a once and a lifetime event....at least for us. If you know of Bob Marley, it is non-negotiable that you go and I will leave it at that.
