We booked, confirmed, and PAID for the Exodus Experience only to arrive on the day/time listed on our confirmation and find out the boat had already left with a group confirmed for the same time. How is it possible to reserve, book, confirm, and PAY only to be hustled! ⚠️???? DO NOT GET HUSTLED LIKE WE DID!!!
