I recently booked the rafting activity through Fun Sun & Sand Tours and have nothing but great things to say! The tour owner/coordinator, Alando, accommodated my last minute (less than 2 hours from pickup time) booking without a problem. He arrived on-time for pickup and immediately made me feel at ease. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and comfortable the entire time and instantly knew I was in great hands! The ride to the river was about 45-60min from my hotel in Montego Bay. During our ride, Alando educated me about the island and provided recommendations on other things to do/see during my visit. The rafting activity was amazing and without a doubt the highlight of my visit! Floating on the river with rum punch, music, and a limestone foot massage was so much fun! I can’t thank Alando and his team enough and I look forward to returning to Montego Bay to experience the other services that they offer. If you’re in the fence about booking this tour, just do it… you be well taken care of!

Alando’s customer service skill was phenomenal. My wife and I had a beautiful tour which was recommended by Alando. He paid attention to our wants and liking and made sure that we were good for the duration of our tour. A half day tour turned into an all day tour with this tour guide as he went above and beyond. Don’t hesitate to book with This company and ask for Alando.
