Get a taste of REAL Jamaican food prepared by everyday Jamaicans, eat like a local. Option #1. Kickstart your day with a traditional Jamaican breakfast, try brownstew or curry chicken, boiled dumplings, yam & callaloo. After this delicious start, we’ll make our way to the patty shop to sample beef patty, chicken patty & coco bread. Next stop, discover Jamaica’s rich tropical fruit variety; sugar cane, coconut & pineapple. Lastly, we’ll visit a local coffee shop to experience Jamaican Blue Mountain coffee. Option #2. Begin your afternoon food tour with a stop at a traditional restaurant to enjoy classic Jamaican dishes such as oxtail (subject to availability), brownstew pork, beef stew or curried goat served with a side of rice and peas and stemmed veges. Next stop is the patty shop to sample beef patty, cheesy beef patty or chicken patty. Finish at a renowned eatery where you'll savor juicy jerk chicken, marinated in a blend of island spices and slow-cooked over pimento wood.

Such a good time and must if you want to try local food! Das was easy going and made sure we had a good time. From driving downtown to stopping at the fruit stand and trying local fruit it was different type of tour that is a must try when come to Jamaica.

This is a must do tour. The food was excellent, the guide was very knowlegable. The Jelly man is definetly a must do. It was a plus to get a tour around Montego.

We did this tour with a group of 4 including my 87 year old Mom. Das was our guide for the day, he picked us up at the cruise port. Communication was good using WhatsApp. Das told us a lot about the Island and about the culture. He took us to several places to try the local foods. I have to say I have never tried any of the items he served us and I was pleasantly pleased with everything. We drove up in the mountains to see the new builds and he drove downtown to show us the way the locals live and work. We went by a beautiful beach and park also. He got us back to the ship with plenty of time and it was a wonderful day. The Van was EXTREMELY Clean, he stayed off of his phone, he was a GREAT driver, Very well spoken. I would HIGHLY Recommend using Das for your touring of Montego Bay
