Liked · I liked the entertainment staff as well as the pool bar bartenders. Amazing time with them. Some restaurant staff are amazing. Disliked · No customer service culture from most of the staff(reception,buffet restaurant). Just a feeling they are just waiting for their shift to end. Coffee shop staff at Zilara is terrible. Room cleaning service starts too early(8am) waking you up. They will enter your room without your notice, advise, secure your door.
